I transferred my passion for evidence-based knowledge from my Masters' in Biochemistry & Genetics and multi-award-winning background in research to become a Nutritionist, coach and qualified Personal Trainer after overcoming my own battles with a turbulent relationship with food and my body, all whilst dealing with endometriosis, which left me feeling like my body wasn't my own.
I have since undergone extensive training and certifications in disordered eating, intuitive eating, menopause & female hormone health, mindset, behaviour change, relationship with food and body image coaching, blending nutritional with behavioural, emotional and psychological support to help 200+ women end the battle with food, their bodies and themselves.
