A 6-month 1:1 coaching program for mums who are done obsessing over food and their body and want to feel naturally calm around the cake at their kid’s party, confident in photos and fully healthy & present in their life again whilst modelling a relationship with food and body their kids don’t have to heal from
Where you come to stop food and your body hijacking your headspace 24/7/365

→ You want some peace and frikin’ quiet in your brain from all the noise, guilt and relentless “shoulds” around food and your body EVEN when diet culture is loud around you
→ To feel calm, normal and totally TRUSTING around your old binge foods (even on the days you forgot to pack the kids lunch, lost your car keys and found a ratty email from your boss before 9am)
→ To feel like food is literally JUST food again - not a test, a guilt trip or something you’ll never get right no matter “how hard you try”
→ To stop wasting precious time or memories thinking more about the calories in the meal you’re about to share with a friend you’ve not seen ALL year
→ To feel like supporting your health consistently and feeling good in your body comes totally naturally without another obsessive set of rules taking over your brain
→ To know that you are giving your kids the safety, permission and support around food and bodies YOU needed but never quite got

→ You're getting pulled back into the same cycle over and over again - the “from Monday I’m getting back on it” promises, jumping on the seasonal diet, getting sucked into GLP-1 cycles, redownloading MyFitnessPal, or starting your 300th sugar detox, only to end up back in the exact same place a few days or weeks later wondering why you don’t have the self-control
→ You're thinking about food and your body FAR more than you ever admit out loud - mentally totting up calories in your head at 3pm before tonight’s pizza date, negotiating with yourself after meals and fretting about what the scale is going to say when you get back from your vacation
→ You find yourself on this swinging pendulum between trying to be “good” or “in control” and then feeling completely defeated when life inevitably gets stressful, emotional or overwhelming… because deep down, food has become one of the only ways you know how to cope
→ You're constantly telling yourself you’ll feel more confident, take more photos or sign up to that new fitness studio once you lose the weight or “get on top of things”… while watching years of your life pass by in the meantime
→ You're trying to build a healthier mindset with food and your body or break away from the rigid diet rules and quick fixes, but secretly worrying that if you stop, everything will spiral, you'll give up on yourself or you’ll get "left behind" whilst everyone keeps extreme dieting
→ And you're also noticing that your kids are now at the age where YOU first became aware of your body and dieting… and feeling the urgency to break the pattern before they inherit the same noise you grew up with

If you’re ready to finally feel calm around food and at peace in your body without guilt, abandoning your health or constantly swinging between extremes, I need you to know…
That kind of freedom is absolutely available to you (believe me, I’ve helped clients out of 40+ year long yo-yo diet and binge/restrict cycles)
But it hasn’t happened yet because the solutions you’ve been sold were never designed to create REAL peace with food or your body
They’ve mostly done two things:

On the outside, it can look like you’re “doing well”
Eating clean, being disciplined, losing weight and getting ALL the compliments (for varying degrees of time)
But internally?
You’re still stressed when your hubby brings chocolate home, worrying what the damage will be after social heavy weekends and feeling a pressure to keep it all together so people never think you’ve let yourself go…

Every diet, clean eating stint or fasting protocol has taught you to override your own hunger, second-guess your food choices and believe you can’t be trusted around food unless you’re controlling it
So now you feel:
• disconnected from your body
• anxious around hunger and fullness
• overrun with food guilt and diet rules you've collected over the years
• and exhausted by how much brain space food and your body still take up
Not because you’re broken, but because you've been trying to solve it all at surface level...

Deeper than calorie targets, temporarily plugging food noise and trying to tell yourself “I don’t actually need chocolate right now” only to wonder why you keep inhaling the share bag of Cadbury's buttons...

At the centre of every struggle with food & body is a story
Your Body Story™ is the relationship between:
• food
• your body
• your sense of self
• and the life experiences that shaped all three
Because your struggles with food didn’t appear out of nowhere
They were built through years of:
• body criticism
• restrictive dieting
• all-or-nothing thinking
• emotional coping
• comparison
• societal pressure
• shame
• and the belief that your body determines your worth
And unless those deeper patterns are addressed, it won’t matter what plan you follow next
You’ll still feel like you’re exhaustively managing yourself, contemplating a new diet every few months or feeling like food and your body will be a lifelong project you'll never finish
But when you rewrite Your Body Story™?
You stop building your life around food and body obsession
And instead build a way of eating, moving and caring for yourself that actually feels sustainable, grounded and safe to live in even when life is stressful, messy or every other person you meet is on a rapid or restrictive weight loss journey

Lucy went from over 30 years of body hate, yo-yo dieting and binge/restrict cycles to feeling the calmest and happiest she's ever felt around food and her body and even better, knowing it's here to stay
Sumu used to feel out of control around chocolate and stuck on diet after diet, and now she forgets it's even in the house and feels like a completely different person around food
Oh...and this was an update from her a year after she'd finished coaching

Emily was a self-proclaimed emotional eater, binge eater and chronic dieter now completely relaxed around food, 2 years binge free and breaking the cycle for her daughter who's at the age she was when body shame took hold
Here's a snippet from one of her most recent holidays (need I say more)...

Heather had tried literally EVERYTHING to feel in control around food, stop weight cycling and feel confident in her body. Everything but this. And now she's got a relationship with food, herself and her body that she couldn't be prouder to pass on to her two kids

1. Understand What’s Actually Keeping You Stuck
We uncover the deeper patterns driving the food noise, body obsession and all-or-nothing cycles so you stop blaming yourself for behaviours that actually make sense and finally understand exactly what needs to change to break the pattern for good
2. Rebuild Trust With Food, Your Body & Yourself
This is where we untangle years of food rules, body checking, self-criticism and the fear of “losing control”
The “should I / shouldn’t I”, the post-pizza self analysis, the body checking, the mental replays, the guilt spirals after normal human moments with food. We start unpicking all of that at the root so it doesn’t keep running the show.
You learn how to:
• eat something enjoyable with your kids and move on with your day instead of spiralling or ‘making up for it’ later
• stop scanning, picking at and critiquing your body every time you pass your reflection in a window or get dressed in front of the mirror
• ride emotional moments without defaulting to food, restriction or self-attack
• make healthful choices without the internal courtroom of rules, guilt and second-guessing (even during a weekend of social events)
So you can finally quiet the noise in your head & leave all the diets behind
3. Change The Way You Experience Yourself
We aren’t “faking” confidence here or trying to convince yourself that nobody in the world cares what you look like (let’s be honest, that can feel like a TOTAL gaslight)
But we are changing the relationship you have with yourself internally through targeted body image work, unlearning inherited beliefs about you and your body and developing lifelong skills that carry you completely differently through moments that used to send you spiralling into “I’m disgusting”, "f*ck it" or “diet starts again tomorrow”
This is where you stop spending your life at war with yourself and actually feel more calm, grounded and connected in your own skin even when your mother-in-law says an unhinged diet culture comment at Christmas dinner…
4. Start Living Like The Woman Who’s Finally Free
This isn’t about perfect eating or shrinking yourself to fit an ideal. It’s about what life feels like when food and your body stop being the thing you’re constantly negotiating with
Going on holiday and being in the photos instead of being the one taking them. Eating cake at your kid’s birthday without the mental maths starting afterwards. Getting dressed without your mood erupting based on what fits or doesn’t. Supporting your health because you care about yourself, not because you’re trying to fix yourself...
And knowing your kids are growing up around a completely different relationship with food and bodies than the one you inherited

And before I was helping women rewrite their relationship with food and their body, I was the woman secretly eating Lindt balls in the kitchen at night and burying the wrappers in the bin so I didn’t have to deal with the comments
I was the woman scrambling to delete photos off my partner's phone on vacation because I never felt okay about my body (even at my leanest...)
From the outside, I looked “healthy" and like I had it "all figured out", but food and my body were taking up an exhausting amount of space in my head
And what changed everything for me wasn’t another meal plan, weight loss phase or finally finding the magical missing piece of “DiScIpLiNe” I thought everyone else had but me
It was realising this was never just about food
Underneath the food noise, body obsession and all-or-nothing cycles was a much deeper story about worth, control, safety, pressure and the kind of woman I believed I needed to be in order to feel enough
And once I stopped trying to “fix” myself at the behaviour level and started rewriting the story underneath it all instead?
Not only am I so unfazed by foods that used to send me spiralling or what people think about me and my body. I got back SO much of my life.
That experience became the foundation of the work I now do with people every single day of all shapes and sizes and who carry unique stories about food and their body from as young as 8
Today, I’m a scientist (MSc) turned nutritionist, Level 3 Personal Trainer, body image, mindset, intuitive eating & health coach with over six years of experience helping 100s of women heal their relationship with food, their body and themselves in a way that actually STICKS.
My work is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based nutritional support, psychology, neuroscience, and sustainable behaviour change, drawing from approaches like ACT, CBT, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
But my training and experience are only one part of what I bring to this work, because I ALSO know what it feels like to sit on both sides of this

A relationship with food that leaves you feeling like nourishing your health, your body AND your soul comes second nature without guilt, mindlessness or overeating
A relationship with your body that allows you to show up FULLY in your life, not standing on the sidelines of it, spiralling over photos or feeling like your mood and your self worth are dictated by what the scale says
SPACE. Space for memories because you’re not trying to manage food and body noise. Space to relax on the weekends without guilt. Space for things you weren’t allowed to do in your body before. Space to enjoy an ice cream with your kids without feeling bad.
Freedom from another 30+ years on the yo-yo train of diet rules & fads, hypervigilance around food and needing to ‘reset’ every few weeks/months because you’ve finally changed who you are around food now
The lifelong skills to navigate a messy and unpredictable life without food becoming a “problem” again
The confidence to know you're the role model to your kids that you never had in a world where diet culture feels like it's forever on the rise

I've tried so many things and nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
Many programs and coaches out there either mask deeper behaviours with calorie targets, meal plans and scale weight celebrations, or work at the surface level of behaviour or mindset work, which is why you find yourself repeating the same patterns or never quite settled about food or your body. What we do here is different in a specific way: we're working with the underlying story that's producing the patterns and the noise in the first place. The thoughts, feelings and beliefs you have learned about food, your body and your worth that have been running quietly since long before you started trying to fix any of this. When that story shifts, the behaviours shift with it for the long term this time, not because you're managing yourself better, but because the things driving them have changed. That's a different mechanism to anything you've tried before. It's why women who've been in the cycle for twenty or thirty years find that things genuinely feel different inside six months.
Is coaching a substitute for therapy?
1:1 coaching is not therapy and does not replace therapy or clinical treatment. If you’re dealing with an active eating disorder or you are struggling to function in daily life, therapy is the appropriate space over coaching. Coaching isn’t a replacement for clinical treatment, and I want you to get the best support for you. That said, a lot of my clients have had therapy before or use coaching alongside their therapy support as the two can work well together. If you aren’t sure what you need, let me know in your application or send me a message or email and we can figure that out together.
I'm a parent with very little time. Will I actually be able to keep up with this?
Absolutely. Because my work is intuitively designed around you to fit into your real life, not pull you away from it. Most of the women I work with are already juggling work, kids, mental load, relationship dynamics, perimenopause, house moves, aging parents and the constant pressure of trying to hold everything together. They don’t need another rigid programme to “keep up with”, but rather support that helps them navigate the moments they’re already in differently.
The way I coach isn’t about adding more to your plate, but more about changing the way you experience the plate that’s already there. So alongside healing your relationship with food and your body, you’re also building skills like emotional regulation, self-trust, self-compassion and resilience in everyday life so you become someone who can still feel grounded, calm and connected not just around food and body but around everything in your full, messy, human life.
The women who get the best results aren’t the ones with the most free time, but they are the ones willing to bring their real life into the work instead of waiting for life to finally “calm down” - because we both know you’ll be waiting a bloody long time…
I'm not sure I'm bad enough to need this. I function fine, but just have a lot of food noise?
You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support with this. If food and your body are taking up more mental space than you want them to or pulling you into cyclical patterns with food or dieting, or if there's a constant background hum that doesn't fully switch off, even when everything is technically fine…that is worth addressing. The "high-functioning" version of this is still exhausting, and it still costs you presence. It also tends to get louder over time, not quieter, so you don't have to be at rock bottom to decide you want something different.
Can I still want to change my body whilst doing this work?
In this work, I don’t force you to “love your body no matter what” or shut down any desire for change. But we do get very honest about where that desire is coming from and where it fits into your journey and how you want to feel around food, yourself and your body because that is what matters most. For many women, the wish to be smaller has been shaped by years of diet culture, comparison and conditioning, as opposed to a grounded sense of what actually feels good or supportive for their life and their health.
So rather than acting on that impulse automatically, we slow it down and build a stable, trusting relationship with food and your body because then you’re in a very different position. Some clients still choose to pursue gentle fat loss, but without the chaos, restriction or self-criticism that used to drive it and others realise what they actually wanted was to feel calm, confident, energised and at home in their body, whilst consistently supporting themselves with health promoting behaviours and constantly trying to shrink, diet and lose weight was taking them further away from that. Either way, my job is to help you make informed and autonomous decisions appropriate for you, your relationship with food and body, your life, your health landscape and your history.
I’m on a GLP-1. Can I still benefit from this work?
Your relationship with food, yourself and your body don’t stop mattering because you’re on a GLP-1 medication. If anything, they matter more. Many of the clients I work with on GLP-1s are noticing things like…
• body shame, discomfort or a feeling of “not enough” that hasn’t gone away
• weight regain after stopping or losing access to medication/fear of weight regain or what happens when medication stops
• feeling disconnected from hunger and fullness cues
• a lack of trust in themselves around food and their eating behaviours
• lingering food rules and increased vigilance and fear around food
• emotional eating patterns that the drug hasn’t stopped
• shame about being on medication in the first place
• health challenges, muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies
• yo-yo dieting/weight cycling
So even if certain things have changed, the internal experience for them hasn’t or now there are new challenges and concerns cropping up that need supporting outside of medication through individualised emotional, behavioural and psychological strategies, as well as strength and fitness programming.
We focus on rebuilding self-trust, emotional regulation skills and your relationship with your body and food in a way that isn’t dependent on external tools, so whether you stay on medication, come off it, or never use it at all, you’re not left unanchored.
Am I allowed to sign up if I’m not in the UK?

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
"Ready" tends to feel like certainty and certainty tends to feel like waiting. What I'd actually ask is: are you done with the current version of things? Not necessarily in a “eff this” kind of way, but just done enough to want to try something that actually goes to the root of it. If yes, that’s your cue.
I’ll also say that as long as you have the time for the sessions and the ability to have a conversation in WhatsApp, you are ready. Because any uncertainty, fear, doubt or any emotions, beliefs or thoughts coming up about this work are the exact thing we work on in coaching.
Let me remind you as well that the application process is a conversation, not a commitment. We'll talk, figure out if this is the right fit and you can go from there but at least by applying, you’ve finally stopped waiting and watching your life go by anyway!
